Services include professional chauffeurs, on-board amenities, and 24/7 concierge support for all active bookings. SGC acts as the primary service provider and coordinator for all journey aspects detailed in your confirmation voucher.
User Responsibilities
Accurate Data
Users must provide valid identification and precise pickup/drop-off locations. Errors in flight numbers or hotel addresses are the user's responsibility.
Conduct
Passengers are expected to maintain professional conduct. Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in all fleet vehicles.
Liability & Indemnity
While SGC maintains comprehensive insurance for all passengers and vehicles, our liability is limited to the total value of the booking transaction.

- luggage Valuables left in vehicles are at the owner's risk; while we provide a lost-and-found service, no financial compensation is offered for missing personal items.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hanoi.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, it will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of these terms.
