No-Show Policy
Our chauffeurs will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes at airports and 15 minutes at other locations. Failure to arrive within this window without communication will be classified as a no-show and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Bookings can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge, subject to vehicle availability. Subsequent changes may incur a nominal administration fee.
